You may not be all that wrong in your surmise. Here is a linguistic argument in support of your view.

If we assume proto-Dravidian was more like Tamil, not an unreasonable assumption, and if the arguments of the author of the thesis are proven plausible, then Tamil may very well be the mother of Sanskrit. If Sanskrit's syntax is mostly Dravidian, as Prof. George Hart of UC Berkeley points out, it is entirely possible that Sanskrit is a child of Dravidian.
Interestingly this Dr.Keerthi Kumar, as Dr.Naga Ganesan pointed out elsewhere, is from Karnataka; not another 'Tamil chauvninst'.
There is a school of thought that contends that ancient Sumerian was more like Tamil. One Dr.Loganathan from Malaysia has done quite a bit of research on this. But the Indologists remain unconvinced. But then, Indological scholarship is composed of mostly Sanskritologists. Some one even remarked in the Indological Discussions Group that Dravidology had fallen out of fashion in Western Indological scholarship.
You mention in your preamble about the 'available' evidences. Why don't you elaborate on those evidences?

1.none of the river valley civilization are attributed to whites.
2.china interestingly had a river civilization in the south dominated by blacks .
3.inca civilization is not white utmost it could be mongoloid.
4.indonesia &down south dominated by aborgin blacks.
that none of the civilization spoke aryan/european toungue.
the population of whites got multiplied in &around 3rd millineum b.c.
that arond 1000 words in rg veda are lexically attributed to tamil/ proto- tamil.

Hei Mr Vragavan i am not punjabi but I am a indian orgin tamil from Sri Lanka, Muthiah Murali is our man,
I am sick and tired of all this tamil past glorious times when present day tamil nadu and tamils are poor, that s why my great grand fateher migrated to Ceylon from Puthu koattai to work in the coffea and tea plantation.

This is not a guinness book of world records. This is a discussion and a good research topic.
When people were told that world was round, they opposed and even killed. Think, think and think if you can or just ignore. Constructive criticisms will always help. Before writing it is better to think twice that it is constructive. It will help everyone.
Many Tamil and Sanskrit pandits have discussed this topic and many points were stated for and against this topic. Anyway, this is not a closed file. This kind of discussions will continue whether you believe it or not.
I will suggest two points to think over.
1. Location of tamilnadu when compared to any other place.
