I would like to know the recipe of a chinese soup which has the following ingredients in it. Chicken/tomyam/Veg broth as the base( I don't know which is the correct one). Then sliced mushrooms, celery, red pepper cut into small pieces, sliced Jelapenos, whole green chillies, cilantro and shrimps(if non-veg). This is a spicy and very tastry soup. Any idea?

Simple chineese recipies.
I got it over the net..

Indian Style Hot Chinese fried Rice
Ingredients
1. 2 cups Cooked Rice
2. 1 cup finely chopped spring onions.
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage.
4. 1/2 cup finely chopped green beans.
5. 1/2 cup finely chopped big capsicums.
6. 1/2 cup finely long cut onion.
7. 2 tsp finely chopped ginger, garlic & Chilies or paste.
8. 3-tsp Soya sauce & 1 tsp Chili sauce.
9. 3 tsp Oil.
10. Salt.
Method:
1. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
2. Put chopped Ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil.
3. Put chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
4. Put all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins.
5. Put 1 spoon of Soya sauce & 1 spoon of Chili sauce & stir.
6. After 5 mins put cooked rice in the pan and add salt & stir nicely.
7. Then put remaining 2 spoon of Soya sauce & stir properly, mix it properly.
8. Put 1/2 spoon oil from side & stir nicely.
9. Then put finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice & stir little bit.

hi here is a indian style chinese soup.
All u need is
chicken broth 1/2 cup
shreded chicken pieces 1/4cup
water 1cup
soya sauce 1tb spoon
cornflour 1tb spoon
white peper for taste
salt/ajenomoto fortaste
cauliflower
beans
carrot
celery
garlic 9-10 cloves
onion 1nos
procedure
chop the vegetables and onion and garlic, and fry them to gether inbutter for few minutes. now add the borth and chicken pieces and allow them to boilalong with water. finely add corn flour and soyasauce and allow it for boiling.add few pieces of capsicumalong with cornflour and stir well till the soup thickens .finely garnish it with coriander leaves.

The soup is a Thai soup called Tom Yam Kung (or Gung)
You will find it on any Thai cookery website.
Why don't you ladies watch Yan Can Cook on the television? He makes Chinese cooking so easy!

Hey - I can tell you how to make schezwan (somehow this word is the most commonly misspelt chinese word - i too dont know if this is the correct spelling !!!) chicken..i dont use msg in my cooking but u can if u like !!
Ing:
One big onion cut finely
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
4-5 dried red chillies
5 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup water
1/2 kg boneless chicken
method:
fry the onion, ginger, garlic and red chillies in 2 tbsp oil till nice and translucent. Add the tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt to taste and 1 tsp sugar. stir for a minute, add the chicken. cover and simmer till the chicken is tender. Add the cornflour mixture and bring to a boil. Your chicken is ready !!!

PS - if you want it more spicier add more chilli sauce and tangier add more ketchup !!! its lovely with vegetable fried rice or noodles !!
