The other night i had buttered popcorn at the movies and the butter got all over my jeans somewhow..I tried waashing them and it didnt come out.I have like 5 spots on my jeans my favorite jeans! Does anyone know how to remove these Stains!?!?

For all greasy and oily stains, spread some talcum powder, fold the cloth and and take after a day or more according to the size and depth of the stain. the powder wud absorb the oil particles from the cloth rub the particles off and then wash using a good detergent...even chalk powder would do...try for that gum also...i am not sure..or just keep a bloating paper over the stain and again a cotton cloth and press iron for a few minutes...the gum wud stick on to the bloating paper...sunlight is a better remedy for ur white outs...and before washing apply some saturated salt water there and brush it.

Keep a bloating paper above the part where you have grease on your cloth..and a muslin above it and now press iron the cloth for some time..the bloating paper would absorb the grease..if not gone, try the talcum powder method...for turmeric stains rubs some saturated salt water and then with cool water..then normal detergent wash...

To remove chewing gum from clothing, rub the gum and fabric around the gum with an ice cube. the gum freezes and can be peeled off quite easily.
For food stains there is a product called Shout can help.
