In Bangalore and Mysore, I've enjoyed a tasty treat during Pongal and Divali...namely, peanuts spiced with a mixture that contains turmeric, asafoetida, curry leaves, chili powder, salt, and...? I wish to know the measurements of the spices used and if there are any I might have left out simply because I don't have a real recipe.
