oxy clean is good for almost any set on stain just make sure the article will not bleed i usually use 2 scoops per gallon of water and soak them for 6 - 12 hours than just wash

Sorry, quick typing error. detergent OR bleach.
Plus, I've already tried washing them separately, and I used white vinegar.
If someone can find a method that would be great. Even if I can get them out with white vinegar, maybe I'm using the wrong amount.

a really good multipurpose use is three equal parts ..ammonia,water,and dish soap -laundry carpet etc... it took dark lipstick out of a white shirt grass stains out of jeans.

NEVER MIX AMONIA AND BLEACH YOU WILL DIE! if u do that a purple gas will appear and u breath that in and your DEAD! seriously amonia is scary stuff to use to clean, so make sure you never get it near bleach or the chemical reaction will take your life!

Dried paint: if it's latex based, go get a small can of "Goof Off" or "Splatter Gone" from the hardware store/lumber yard/paint store.
