I am writing a program for year 7 students and i need help to find information & simple recipes on traditional breakfasts around the world, with possibly some history. Can anyone help?

I recommend a book called "You Eat What You Are" by Thelma Barer-Stein Ph.D. It's filled with details about meals and customs including typical breakfast meals and covers over 170 cultural groups.
