I like my 'espresso' when I am in a hurry.
I used to take 'cappuccino' when I am not bothered about my weight.
But one my favourite is a strong 'Turkish coffee'.
It is not a type of coffee you can take while going in a hurry. That is for those who really lovvve coffee.

Then there is south indian coffee.
The decoction so strong a few drops will turn
a whole cup of strong milk (4% milkfat milk, not the wimpy red cap whole milk sold in U.S. which is *only* 3.25% fat) gloden brown!
Must be served in a metal tumbler and dabara[*] set.
You pour it from the tumbler to the dabara and back! Gives whole new meaning to the phrase Wake up and Smell the coffee! That is the coffee I grew up with. That is the coffee I miss.
The most prized beans are Pea Berry. Then there is
Plantation A, Plantation B and Robusta. Is it available anywhere in U.S.?
And my mom would roast them in a heavy cast iron baanali[*] and store them. She had a hand turned
coffee grinder. The manufacturer was Lovelock of
unknown counntry. Grind them fresh every morning and evening and brew them in a percolator. Filter
coffee she called it. Should have been called Divine Coffee.
[*] Tumbler : tall narrow glass
dabara : sort of handleless short squat cup
banali : indian wok.

The first cup of Colombian Supremo in the morning - Thick, strong and with just enough milk and sugar. Yummy!
