Where are you living btw?
You can buy pre-made pizza crust. Then spread cheese, tomato pulp, pieces of capsicums, mushrooms, meat pieces if you wish - chicken or pork depending on your taste, and then bake it in oven. After taking it out, spread paprika powder, which is a coarse form of red chillies and that's it. pizza is ready.
Simple, eh?

You can make bread Pizza. Toast the bread slices. spread the tomato sauce or pasta sauce. If you like spicy food, add salsa or green chillies cut into tiny pieces to the sauce. arrange mushrooms, olives, on the sauce. toast it in the toaster oven or in the regular oven (preheated to 425 degrees F) for couple of minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top and bake it again till the cheese melts. It is very easy to make and healthier than the pizza you buy from the stores.

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup warm water (105 degree F to 115 degree F)
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 package active dry yeast
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1. Stir 1/4 cup warm water and honey in 2-cup glass measure until blended. Sprinkle top of mixture with yeast and let stand 5 minutes, until yeast is bubbly.
2. Meanwhile, pulse together flour and salt in food processor to combine.
3. Add 3/4 water and olive oil to yeast mixture. With motor running, pour yeast mixture through feed tube; process 1 minute, until mixture forms a ball. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Makes enough for 2 pizzas or strombolis.
