your intention to host meenakshi kalyanam with Udayaloor Kalyanaraman is fine, but you have put the right person for the right job. What does he know of Meenakshi Kalyanam under bhajana sampradaya. Do the organisers scan a person to check whether he knows the subject in depth, or invite him just because he knows someone in the committee. What is the yardstick measure to weigh people or the knowledge they have in a particular subject. They may not know to conduct Valli Kalyanam or Meenakshi Kalyanam or Andal Kalyanam, but just because they sing well does not mean they can perform everything.
Before coming out fully let me get a response to put all my comments about these people.

I happened to see this website where you have mentioned that you know all the Bhagavathars and their capacity.(I took in that sense from your comment, corret me if I am wrongly interpreted). Very glad to know about you.
There are good Bhagavathars who are dedicated to our traditional bhajan sampradhaya and probagating it, after Shri Haridhhosgiri maharaj.Phithukkuli Murugadas is another example, who created liking towards bhajans for the last 70 years. In the present materialistic world, some Bhagavathars like Sri. Udayalur Kalyanarman, Sri. Kovai Jayaraman, Shri. Ganapathy Thukaram, Sri. O.S. Sundar, Sri Erode Rajamani, Bomaby Murthy (Thane) and many more are are doing their level best for this and we must thankful to them for taking this as a mission, in addition to their official work. The sad part is that these Bhagavathars cannot demand specific amount for a bhajan like any orchestra or classical concert etc. They are accepting whatever we give as sampawanai.Nobody in this world is perfect in everything. The dedication and involvement is only matters.They are giving the younger generation atleast an awareness on Bhakthi. This itself is a great achievement. We must honour them and encourage.
I request you to furnish us the names of Bhagavathars who can conduct such Kalyana functions in the traditional Bhajan sampradhaya ways.It will be helpful for the people like me to consider for future programs.

Could any one can help me in getting those Bhajans. I am also interested in getting Religious Discourse like Ramayana. Maha Bharatham. I stay at hyderabad,all of our family members greatly moved by the Sankirtanas of Swamiji, V daily sing those sankirtanas.
I feel like to listen sankirtanas in office also ..if any one can send me the MP3 download link , I will be Thankful to him.

Hi It is long back I had commented on the type of programes conducted overseas. I humbly appreciate the interest shown by the devotees overseas. In the comments posted earlier I did not wish to hurt anyone's feelings. I did not intend to degrade anyone's capacity to perfom. I only insisted that the organisers stick to the theme of the day. If is only namasankeerthanam the bliss is always there and there are no restrictions. When it comes to sampradhaya then there are rules to be followed. Probably I am not clear in what I say now. Take for instance Mahasivarathri It is day dedicated for Lord Shiva and preference should be given to chant Lord shiva's nama. In that day we have to use the time to chant only Shiva Nama, and programmes conducted should also be of SHIVA PADAM. I only meant that. We have to arrange upanyasams, ask the artist to quote about shiva bhakti and henceforth.
In Chennai we are gifted by many Bagavathaas, Like Shri Udayalur Kalyanaraman, Shri Kovai Jayaraman, Shri O.S. Sunder, Shri Erode Rajamani, Shri N.S. Venkatraman, Shri T.N. Mahadevan, Shri Gnanananda Bhajan Mandali, Mylapore, and Ullagaram, Shri Gopalakrishna Bhajan Mandali Juniors and Seniors, Shri Vijayan & Shri Muthukrishnan, and many ladies group mandalis who perform every week. Shri S. Janakiraman Bagavathaar performs Sampradaya Bhajan and Harikatha Upanyasams. We salute you people, though far away from motherland, showing interest in propgating Nama Sankeerthanam in places whereever you are. I wish you continue to encourage all the bagavathaas invite them to your place and encourage them and get the best from them.

How wonderful that there are still so many that remember our dear Guruji and are still enjoying his beautiful soulful bhajanai.
I was born and raised in America. At the time my mother went into labor with me, Guruji was conducting Radha Kalyanam puja at my house. He blessed me even before I entered this world, and once I did, it was he who gave me my precious name: Anandini.
I grew up with frequent visits from Guruji. Whenever he visited the U.S. he would stay with my family. We still call his room "Guruji's Room". His bhajans fill me with peace and nostalgia for the wonderful days he spent with us.
Thank you all for reminding me of this great soul that we were so lucky to have in our lives.

Radhekrishna. Really moved to see so many devotees of my Guru, Guruji, as affectionately addressed. How fortunate and belssed are we to have a Guru in Guruji. The status Namasankeerthanam enjoys today is because of my Guruji. The sampradaya bhajans is enjoyable today because of him. Brahmasri Thanjavur Thiagaraja bagavathar is leading and conducting radha kalyanam and seetha kalyanam under traditional sampradayam.

He underwent training under thiruvidaimarudur venkatramabagavathar and sethalapathi soundararaja bagavathar.
He belongs to the guru parampara of sath guru thiagabrahmam.
His knowlege in classical music is astronishing
with out any training he is able to do this with the blessings of saint thiagabrahmam
he is planning to visit the UAE in the month of Feb-Mar 04 the lovers of bhajan can utilise this oppurtunity
his presentation of bhajan is not comparable his selection of namavalis will enthrall the audience
he is expert in rendering the ashtapathi bhajans,abhangs and sampradhaya bhajans.
