Nado: Sorry I forgot to post the raga name earlier. This is one of those songs that have multiple ragas. I have references for Bhimpalas, Chenjuruti, Hindola, Huseni, Lalita, Kharaharapriya, Tilang and Vasanta. Personally I have heard the song in Vasanta and Tilang.

just a small correction in the lyrics supplied by you:
charanam 1 : it is "bharadi yamana bhataru bandu..."
please note it is "bharadi" and there is an extra "bhataru"
