Here's a partial translation.I shall leave out a few blanks which others can fill.
1.Harivarasanam .. Hariharatmajam Devamashreye
I worship the one who is seated on a throne befitting a king - the one who captivates the world. The queller of enemies and the one who dances the eternal dance.I worship that God - the son of Hari and Hara.
haridadhishwaram aradhyapadukam - The feet worshipped by - haridadhishwaram?? any ideas anyone ?
2.Saranakirtanam Bakhtamanasam ..
The one who is worshipped by the sharana goshas and in the minds of devotees.
The one who is captivatingly decorated. The one who likes the beautiful dance. The Lord of the bhoothas who is of the radiant hue of the dawn.I worship that God - the son of Hari and Hara.
Why is ayyapa connected with narthana ?
Any other interpretation of narthanalasam ???
will follow with the rest.

one decked in vibhuti and has a white elephant for a vehicle.I worship that God - The queller of enemies and the one who dances the eternal dance.- the son of Hari and Hara.

narthanalasa >> This is a reference to the dance on Mahishi which ayyappa is said to have performed. This mahishi got shaapa vimochanam after the dance and came to be known as malikai purathu amman or manja maathaa.
Gurukrpaakaram >> Ayyappa is supposed to have explained the difference between saguna brahman and nirguna brahman to his guru, and is supposed to have made his guru's son to speak. Hence gurukrpaakaram,

saranakIrtanam saktamAnasam
sakta means directed to or attached to or fond of.
Could mean one whose mind is attached to the sharanagosham.or the one who is fond of the sharana kirtanas

Harivarasanam is recited just prior to closing of the temple doors at night. Harivarasanam is the creation of Kumbakudi Kulathur Iyer. In 1955, Swami Vimochananad recited this Ashtakam for the first time at Sabarimala.
As the final verses are being sung, all the assistant Santhis leave the Sanctum Sanctorum one by one. As the song ends, only the Mel Santhi is inside the Sreekoil. He extinguishes the lamps one by one and closes the doors for the night after the last lamp is extinguished.

Another interseting aspect to this song is that
it is set in Madhayamavathi. Always the concluding raga for any carnatic concert.
