Is mayamalavagoula a raag of folk origin,the raagas andhri and saveri are tribal tunes.would like to know the janyaraagas of mayamalavagoula which evolved as the regional folk tunes

some have an openion that music has its origin from folk tunes.Matanga has given a full description of the folk tunes of some raagas
