Organisations For Aranging Music Concerts

I would like to know about the various Organisation in Chennai and their prcedures to arrange Music Concerts in Chennai? i would like to know what is the minimum requirement to appear at sabhas and perform? I am interested in sponsoring and aranging music concerts at Adyar or in KK nagar please reply ganeshram
