I am new to hindustani classical
so I would like to know corresponding names of following TALa
ADI
ROOPAKAM
DESADI
ADI (TISRA GATI)
MISRA CHAPU
KHANDA CHAPU
SANKEERNA CHAPU
Also would like to know the aro-avo of
Shanmughapriya
mandu(is there such a raga)
sarasangi(I have heard KJ YEsudas sing a varnam in this)

shanmukhapriya is a melakartha and has the foll.
raga scale:
S R2 G2 M2 P D1 N2 S (and the same in the avaro)
sarasangi is also a mela and is the 27th melam.
i will try and get back to you regarding mAnd
aro/avaro.

Although the number of beats may be the same the talas in katnatak do not exactly match the hindustani ones.
Adi tala is Keharva
Rupaka tala is dadra
Mishra Chapu is Rupak
Khanda Chapu is Sulfakta
I don't know if there are equivalents for the others.
