Carnatica Archival Center conducts "Raganubhava" sessions each month, and Dhanyasi was discuissed in one of thoese sessions a few months back. The discussion summary can be found in their website

Thanks for responding to my query padma
but the news letter does not give the sanchara of dhanyasi . Could you suggest some other site giving the sancharas in terms of swara sthanas.

Dr S. Bhagyalekshmi's book: "Ragas in carnatic Music" discusses about 400 Ragams with sancharams for many. On Page 135, you find a sancharam listed for Dhanyasi. I am unable to print it here since it has several notations, dots under a letter and so on.

thak you once again for responding so promtly padma .I am at present learning the ata tala varnam in dhanyasi and have practised the arohanam and avarohanam so notation will not be a problem
i know which swaras are there in the raga, the gamakas and so on . If you have the book by Dr Bhagya lakshmi could you just plainly type in the swaras ,I will make out mandhra sthayi tarasthayi etc. (notation is not a problem for me
as I know S G M P N S(arohanam)
